Rice Chex cereal is placed in a bowl. Then vanilla frosting is mixed with vanilla baking chips and microwaved until the mixture is melted and smooth. The frosting mixture is poured over the cereal and mixed until the cereal is coated. Next sprinkles are added the cereal before putting the cereal in a resealable plastic bag. Powdered sugar is poured into the bag and then the bag is closed and shaken to coat the cereal. Once the cereal is coated the mixture is spread onto a baking sheet to cool.

6cupsRice Chex cereal
¾cupBetty Crocker Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
½cupwhite vanilla baking chips
1container(1.75 oz) rainbow sprinklesabout ⅓ cup
¾cuppowdered sugar
Instructions
In a large bowl, place cereal; set aside. To remove the crumbs and dust from the cereal place the cereal over a strainer and shake to remove the smaller pieces.
In a medium microwaveable bowl, microwave frosting and white vanilla baking chips uncovered on HIGH about 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth.
Pour mixture over cereal; stir until evenly coated. Add sprinkles, toss. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on cooking parchment paper to cool, about 30 minutes. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container at room temperature.
