Baked Pork Chops

The secret to these pork chops is the dry rub. Brown sugar, paprika, onion powder, thyme, salt and pepper are mixed together in a bowl. Then pork chops are placed on a baking sheet and rubbed with olive oil. Next the pork chops are rubbed with the spice mixture and baked in the oven. The finished pork chops are juicy and tender.
