Baked Catalina Chicken

This easy baked chicken recipe only calls for four ingredients. Catalina salad dressing is mixed with dry onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce. Then chicken breasts are placed into a baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Next the Catalina dressing mixture is poured over the chicken. The chicken is baked in the oven for 40 minutes, then garnished with green onions and served.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (3-4 breasts)
  • 1 cup Catalina dressing 8 oz
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Combine salad dressing, onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl and mix.
  3. Trim any excess fat from the chicken and lay flat in a 2 quart baking dish. Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken and then turn the chicken to evenly coat.
  4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (165 F internal temperature).
  5. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve warm.

Slow Cooker Instructions: Place all the ingredients (except the green onions) in the slow cooker Cook on HIGH for 2 ½ to 3 hours or on LOW 3 ½ to 4 hours.
