Air Fryer Pork Chops

This quick and easy to make recipe is perfect after a holiday weekend. Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder and pepper are mixed together in a pie plate. Then boneless pork chops are rubbed with olive oil. Next the pork chops are dipped into the bread crumb mixture. The pork chops are placed in an Air Fryer and cooked for 15 minutes. Then the pork chops are briefly rested before serving.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops ¼ to 1 inch thick
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder and pepper together in a pie plate.
  2. Rub pork chops with olive oil.
  3. Dip each pork chop in the bread crumb mixture. Pat to make it stick if needed.
  4. Place the pork chops in an Air Fryer, making sure not to overlap. Turn the air fryer to 360 F and bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 F in the thickest part of the pork chops.
  5. Remove from the air fryer, place on the plate, cover loosely and let rest for 5 minutes then serve.
