Air Fryer Pork Chop Bites

This recipe is quick and easy to make for a quick dinner or snack. Pork chops are cut into bite size pieces. Then a spice mixture is made with Montreal steak seasoning, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder. The pork chop pieces are tossed with olive oil and the spice mixture. Then the coated pieces are placed in the basket of an air fryer. Next the pork bites are cooked then tossed with melted butter before serving with parsley.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless thick cut pork chops
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 tsp light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork chops into bite-size pieces.
  2. Toss the pork chop pieces with olive oil, Montreal steak seasoning, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder. Make sure the pieces are well coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400 F for 5 minutes. Spray the basket of the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray. Add the pork chop pieces to the basket in an even layer.
  4. Air fry for 5 to 7 minutes until an internal temperature reaches 145 F. Shake the basket halfway through to cook evenly.
  5. Toss the cooked pieces with melted butter in a bowl.
  6. Serve immediately with parsley.
