This air fryer recipe is perfect for a side dish or an appetizer. In a bowl eggs and lemon juice are whisked together. Then bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese are mixed in another bowl. Broccoli florets are dipped in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumbs. The breaded broccoli are placed in the basket of the air fryer and cooked for ten minutes, flipping once.

Ingredients
2cupsbroccoli florets
1tbsplemon juice
2eggs
½cupItalian bread crumbs
2tbspParmesan cheesegrated
Olive oil non-stick spray
Instructions
In one bowl, mix the eggs and lemon juice, mix well, until frothy.
Then in another bowl mix together the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Dip the broccoli into the egg mixture, shake off excess.
Then dip into breadcrumb mixture, shaking off excess.
Place in sprayed air-fryer basket.
Generously spray the breaded broccoli with olive oil spray.
Set air fryer to 340 F. Cook for 5 minutes, flip and spray again then cook for 5 minutes more.
