This tasty pasta has, you guessed it, four types of cheese in the recipe. Minced garlic is cooked in olive oil and butter. A bouillon cube is dissolved in a cup of pasta water. The seasoned water plus heavy cream and cooked spaghetti are added to the cooked garlic. Once the mixture is boiling, a four cheese blend of shredded cheese is added in and stirred until melted.

Ingredients
1tbspolive oil
1tbspbutter
5garlic clovesminced
8ozspaghetti
1cupcooked pasta water
1chicken bouillon cube
1cupheavy cream
1 ½cupsfour cheese blendmozzarella, white cheddar, provolone, asiago
¼cupparsley finely chopped
Instructions
Heat olive oil and butter on medium heat in a large skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute without burning.
Cook pasta and drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water. Dissolve the bouillon cube in the cup of hot water.
Add water, heavy cream and cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once boiling, add cheese and keep stirring until cheese melts and coats pasta, for about 1 minute. Reduce to simmer and cook while stirring to thicken for another minute or two.
Serve with parsley.

You can substitute a packet of Ramen noodle seasoning mix for a bouillon cube.
