In a large bowl add 1 package chocolate cake mix, 1 ¼ cup water, ⅓ cup vegetable oil and 3 eggs.

Use an electric mixer to combine all ingredients together.

Spray 9x13 baking pan with non-stick spray and pour the cake batter in.

Bake at 350 F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Cool cake completely.

Use a knife to remove the entire outer layer of the cake. The outside layer can be dry, they might cause the cake pops to fall apart.

Once the cake is trimmed, begin crumbling the cake into a large bowl.

Scoop 2 tbsp frosting and mix until the cake crumbs come together.

Roll the crumbs into a ball and place on a wax paper lined baking sheet. Repeat and freeze the cake pops for 15 minutes. Don’t freeze longer than 15 minutes!

Melt the candy melts in a large bowl and add stir in 1 tsp of dipping aid chips.

Pour the melted candy into a cup and begin dipping cake pops.

Let cake pops set for 30 minutes to harden.
