These delicious pork chops are easy to make. First pork chops are seasoned with salt and pepper, then seared in a skillet. Then butter is melted in a skillet and mixed with flour and chicken broth. Once the flour is dissolved dry ranch seasoning mix is added to the sauce. Next the pork chops are added to the sauce and served with the sauce.

Ingredients
4pork chops
Pepper
½tspgarlic powder
1tbspolive oil
3tbspbutterdivided
2tbspflour
1 ¼cupschicken broth
1tbspdry ranch seasoning
1tbspchopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Take the pork chops out of the fridge 15 to 30 minutes before cooking. Season the pork chops with pepper and garlic powder.
Add the olive oil and 1 tbsp butter to a skillet over medium-high heat. Let the pan heat up for a few minutes.
Add the pork to the pan and cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side until golden. Transfer the pork to a plate and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the remaining butter to the skillet and once it’s melted, stir in the flour and cook for about a minute.
Slowly whisk in the broth until the flour has been dissolved.
Whisk in the ranch dressing.
Add the pork to the pan along with any juices on the plate. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and the sauce has thickened up a bit more.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley if using, and serve immediately.
