This delicious marinade can be used to grill a whole chicken or chicken breasts. Olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ground mustard, pepper and garlic are mixed together. Then part of the marinade is used to marinate the chicken, the remainder is saved for grilling. After the chicken marinates it is placed on a warm grill. Next the reserved marinade is use to baste the chicken while cooking.

Ingredients
1 ¼cupsolive oil
½cupred wine vinegar
⅓cuplemon juice
¼cupsoy sauce
¼cupWorcestershire sauce
2tbspground mustard
1tbsppepper
3garlic clovesminced
3 to 4lbswhole chicken
Instructions
Process marinade in blender, until mixed. Pour 2 cups marinade into plastic bag. Add the chicken, seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
Remove chicken from marinade. Grill covered over medium heat 40 to 45 minutes or until juices run clear. Turn and baste chicken with reserved marinade while cooking.
Recipe Notes
I use chicken breasts instead of a whole chicken. Cook the chicken breasts 5 minutes per side, basting while cooking until juices run clear.
