Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Casserole

Biscuits & gravy are made into a casserole! Refrigerated biscuits are cut into small pieces and placed in a baking dish. Breakfast sausage is sprinkled on top with shredded cheddar cheese. Whisked eggs and milk are poured over the cheese. A packet of country gravy is mixed with water and poured over the eggs. After covering the dish with foil, the casserole is baked for 50 minutes. This recipe tastes like biscuits and gravy, but can be assembled the night before for an easy holiday breakfast.
